Founder and Managing Partner at DO Hospitality

With over two decades of culinary experience, Denevin Miranda is the innovative force behind DO Hospitality. Specializing in transforming food concepts into culinary masterpieces, Miranda combines a deep understanding of culinary trends with a passion for creative expression. 

Miranda’s culinary career started early on growing up in Long Island, New York, inspired by his Grandmother’s Filipino cooking and her love and respect for quality and tradition.  He moved to Miami to attend Johnson & Wales University where he received his degree in Culinary Arts. After honing his skills in some of the finest kitchens, being crowned Food Network’s Chopped Champion in 2021 and becoming an acclaimed Chef in the New York food scene, Miranda launched DO Hospitality with his business partner Olivia Guzman, to offer bespoke consulting services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. His expertise spans menu development, kitchen design, staff training, and operational efficiency, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Miranda’s commitment to excellence is reflected in his ability to blend traditional techniques with modern culinary artistry. Whether working with a new restaurant startup or an established food brand, he brings a fresh perspective and a relentless drive for perfection.
